I can't tell for sure, but it seems like the metal roof itself.  Do you see the character line that starts half-way back in the center?  If I'm not mistaken, that's on the outside (top) of the roof. 

However, if this is an interior piece, it is certainly a modification designed to take the place of the headliner, and perhaps the character line is there to match up with the rear window crease.

ya it does look like the roof but i think that would cost more also it is under their interior section

Ditto, thats about right as far as cost. Price a full rear quarter or the full floor pan, 'bout the same cost. Sheetmetal is relatively inexpensive compared to the cost of installing it.........
