Not sure what this is. It's not the sway bar but it was located between the sway bar and firewall.

Can't find a description for it.

That goes between the frame rails under the oil pan right?

It is a structural support not a sway bar, but you do need it.  Don't remember the official name though.

I think it's just called the front cross member.

I called it the engine cross member.  It was an integral part in replacing my frame rails.
