Possible Florida get together...?

As I am not the most geographically inclinded individual I will just throw this out into the open.

In February, I am taking the plunge and getting married,  and we are then leaving for a cruise.  We are departing from Port Canaveral - so I don't know if any members are close to that area or not...?   

Anyway, if so - and if anyone wants to get together for a little dinner celebration, etc, we will arrive there Friday, February 12th (leaving Saturday morning) and get back thursday the 17th - flying out Friday.

So if anyone is close to there, let me know and if those dates work for you - and we can get together.

Congrats to you and Bonnie.  Florida is a bit out of the way for us left coasters.  Now, if you decide to go to Hawaii instead, with abrief stop over in SFO, I'm sure we can rustle up the usual suspects and show you some NorCal hospitality.

Thanks Jeff.  And honestly, our original plan was to get married in California, etc.  But we decided against that a while back and decided to go this route instead.

Im in the Tampa area, it takes about 2.5 hours to get to port Canaveral for me. If there is a get together I would be willing to drive over, I think it would be fun.

Do you know what airport you are flying into or where you are staying? Most people fly into Orlando and make the short trip over to the port.

See your problem is that you didn't select California....here we would have had a restaurant picked out, a cruise organized and a list of StangFixers all lined up.

But now you need to wake those in Florida up from their naps in order to get an answer.
