My M Code Is Getting Another 427W

Well things are falling together for the M code to get a twin to the engine that got blown up. I took the old crank and sent it in to be checked. Got news last week it is fine other than one rod journel that needs to be welded and remachined. It will still be standard on both rods and mains. That made my day. Then on Wednesday I got the news that the AFR heads can be saved. And the best for last. I was cleaning in my garage today and found a set of Lanati Pro Mod rods I bought years ago and forgot I had. So now I am in search for a 4 bolt main block and I can get started on a new beast for the M code.  :yah  :yah  :yah

They say that the memory is the second thing to go and I forget what the first thing is.  :hide

Why is it that those who drive slower than you are idiots and those that drive faster are maniacs? George Carlin

I remember reading that now that you mention it. That sounds like a nice deal. I would be really temped to make it have more HP.

That is going to be really sweet once again, you don't know what I'd give for a 69 again.  Had one for my first car when I first started driving.
