Cool new look here Sluggo. 

By modifications you're adding in, is it new stuff or adding back in some of the options we're used to (shout box, smilies, gallery, shop, etc)?

The shop will not be coming back. It's too buggy. Most of the stuff will be back. The new software has some of it built in.

The gallery has some issues too. Pictures are all safe but I will be using an updated gallery with more functionality.

Nor am I. Particularly sitting here all day reworking everything. The old database was getting pretty whacked. There were a lot of php issues too.
