flush mount valve stems?

anyone have any experience with flush mount stems?  pros/cons?  thanks
Just have to remind myself that rattle-canned Street Machines are still "Cool"...definitely no high dollar build here.

RUN! RUN LIKE HELL!! does that give you a good idea what my opinion is? i had a set installed in the wheels on my truck & after fighting with them for a couple years, paid the tire store to break down my wheels & put regular stems in. the problem is the screw in adapters. you cant get a guage to read pressure & you can't get a chuck to work if you need to put air in. they are totally worthless.

yeah...that's kinda where i was leaning....i saw the adapter you had to use the get air in them, but then, if i lost it....yeah, i'll just use regular stems.  thanks
