Help ID rims

Can anyone id these rims, the PO had them on my stang and im trying to get rid of on ebay or craigs list, can anyone help me ID the maker i know they are vector type. How does one measure backspacing as well. And can anyone ballpark an asking price as is, and yes i do have the set just no center cap.

I think they are Western Wheels and IIRC they were called "Bullet"  I had a friend that had them on a V8 Vega.  They were supposed to be pretty strong.

I am not 100% sure.  I think there should be a cover over the lugs that was nice and shiny.

PS.  Yes they are called Bullet and they are Western wheels.  I found a set online just a few seconds ago.  MH

Hold a straightedge across the back of the rim, against the beads, and measure from the straightedge to the hub surface.
