Brakes Parts help needed

I'm putting a 67 Fastback back together. I have Cobra 13in brake calipers and rotors for the front and a new Cobra Irs in rear with Cobra brakes. anyone know what the best setup would be to get these to work. ie Master cylinder valves lines.
