I was at Standard transmission this afternoon picking up a new T5z, on the wall they had this note about building custom shifter handles. The sign said that customers can send samle (bend wire to what you want) and a drawing with measurements and this guy will make a custom shifter and finish it however you want, powdercoat, chrome, etc. The cost was $125 (including shipping) which seemed a bit high, but he showed me some of the '55 chebby shifters this guy made and they were pretty nice, real nice chrome on them. Just thought I would post as an FYI.
