+147 Chevy ah Fleetline?
My twin brother had so many cars when we were teenagers that the DMV threatened to make him get a license to sell used cars if he got another. One of them was a 1947 Chevy that I nicknamed "the torpedo". He paid $50 for it. I remember he got together 4 guys to help him pull the 6 cylinder and do a rebuild over Christmas break, in 1967. The example above is a different model though; his was a 4 door I think, and nowhere near as nice. So ya see son, some of us do remember these old cars, because we've shared history with them.Certainly not trying to be a smartass knowitall guys, but the posting of it belonging to a '47 Chevy wasn't a guess.
