1967 Build called Electra

I believe they are interchangeable up to the foxbodys. But im just looking for the flat rails with the lever and spring fron one side to the next.

I'll see what I have. I had some from a 68 but may have already given them away. I can't remember for sure

went digging. I guess I don't have them anymore. I do have a set from the 69 we just bought but we need them for the seats I bought from you. Sorry

The passenger side is finally ready to weld in. I put a bolt in it to pull it down on the inside and will need to weld it all up. Its TOO freaking cold though, i went out and did 1 thing at a time for like 5 mins before going in for like 30.

Its suppose to be almost 50 tomorrow so i plan to try to weld it in then

Its that time of the year.
Order a front suspension rebuild kit (UCA, LCA, Bushing) and A set of 620 springs with 1" insulator. I plan on doing the awning drop.

Ordered a new Pumpkin as mine is leaky and 2.80. So i got a nice refreshed looking 3.00 open rear for a good price.

Also got a completely rebuilt heater box with everything for cheap and ordered a new plenum

It needs to warm up so i can get busy

Ordered Roller Perches from OpenTracker and may buy there steering rebuild kit with roller idler too

Nice! I've been trying to avoid buying things I see in forum classifieds, ebay, etc...gotta remind myself that getting the car running comes before making it look cool.

I've been eyeing that ORP steering rebuild kit as well. All of my boots are trashed. Talked to John on the phone the other day with some questions, really helpful guy! I like his laid-back approach of not trying to sell what isn't needed. I'll definitely be giving him my business when the time comes.

Yeah, my mustang runs so that not that big of a deal but the SUspension is the big one. It just needs to warm up so i can work on it

ended up using the gauges for the truck instead of the mustang. Still working on stuff though

Went and bought a spatula and used it to seam seal the passenger side cowl, installed my new heater box but i had to use the old core as the new one had short hose connections and i would of had to pull the hoses in the car. So since everything worked on the old rotted box i installed it with the new fan. Took a few tries as at first nothing worked. Took it apart and re installed it. All works new plenum and all! Now i just need to get new controls as that is all busted up.

Installed a new quarter window actuator only to have the same issues. I think my window channels are jacked. So i ordered new ones.

Trying to get the car where i can start installing the interior and not have to worry about leaks and such....

Ill test the cowl out tomorrow

Well i don't know how it happened but some how all of sudden with the new actuator and such the rear driver quarter moves up and down properly. The wheels don't pop off or anything. I haven't touched it since greasing it up and playing with it over the weekend so its weird. So i wasted a little money on newish(ebay) quarter windows ($35 so not bad) but After that worked out i adjusted it forward on the top and pull the bottom in to push the top out. BOOM!! The door and quarter seal. Problem solved!!! Tested the cowl again, still leaking....The end where i cant really reach is being an issue and the spatula didn't do the trick after 2 tried. I pushed my and in and gave it another try. Full of seam sealer so maybe tomorrow i will have a successful water test! BLAH!!!

Either wayit is some progress and i'm just a couple steps away from being confident i can install interior without moisture issues

COwl is still leaking, I added more gunk and realized it might not be leaking where i thought it was. I drilled a hole in it to use a bolt to secure it down tightly. I welded it shut but apparently not too well. So i looked and i didnt have any seam sealer in that general area so hoepfully it wont be leaking and thats what was causing the actual leak. Ill be testing today
