$2:52 gas Raleigh N.C.

Pretty consistent $1.97 to $2.01 here in Panama City for regular.

Wow! I feel sorry for you guys still paying over $2. We've been in the low $1.60 range for a week or so. While I don't think the bubble has burst yet, it seems to have leveled off some.

Still crazy here. Filled up in the morning on Saturday @ $1.99. That afternoon, same station, $2.19. When I left for the airport yesterday, again same station, $2.09. Seems they can't figure out just how badly they want to gouge us around here.

Gas is still about $2.259 / gallon here in Kalifornia. Plus, it rained the other day. This place sucks. Please do not move here.

Just got back into town late last night and my favorite station was down to $1.98. No one is commenting on the crazy roller coaster of price swings I am seeing at this station (my whole area). Is anyone else having the same issue?Price swings of up to 20 cents a gallon one day to the next?

Guess I spoke to soon and jinxed things. Our prices jumped UP 7 cents a gallon in the past few days.

Now the Governor, Highway Dept and some groups of idiots are strongly pushing for a 10 cent per gallon tax raise. Their logic is, "well SC has the 48th lowest rate and prices are down so why not?" Ummm, in this case being ranked one of the nations lowest is a GOOD thing! Duhhhhh.

The few morons they interviewed at various gas stations while gassing up their cars had no problem with it and were citing the same thing, gas prices are down so why not? Too bad they can't see past the end of the nose on their face to realize they are not gonna STAY low! What then jackasses?! I'll guarantee those same idiots will be raising hell over the tax increase after the gas prices jump back up. I guess they think gas goes up, tax drops back down. HA!
