Rear axle brake bearing/offset

If you were ordering a new 9" rear axle, would you choose big bearing with 2.36" offset or a Torino bearing with 2.50"?
The disc brake kit can be bought in both configurations.
Any particular reason why one would be a better option than the other?

These are just the "Big Ford" old and "Big Ford" new bearing ends. Either is fairly standard as far as parts go so no real advantage to either from that standpoint. Take your pick just be sure to specify which you have when ordering up the brake kit, etc and you will be good to go.
