Recently I was flying from Greenville to Houston on Southwest Airlines and saw a recipe for Ahi sashimi in their in-flight magazine. My son and DIL are big fans of sushi and sashimi and when I mentioned that I kept the recipe to try they were enthusiastic. Last night I gave it a try. Turned out pretty great for my first attempt at sashimi.
