Slide2.JPG Slide3.JPG Slide1.JPG Picked up some Lamb Chops on Friday at Costco and grilled them on Sunday evening. Put some hickory chunks in with the lump charcoal.

Served it with Arugula and sugard plum tomato salad, quinoa and roasted carrots. Yum!

I need to cook some goat in it!

If you notice in the pic with the grill and stand is my geek-nerd-engineer controller. It has a pit temp probe, up to 3 meat temp probes that can be set invidually and wifi...... It is made by Cyber-Q....

Sniff...lamb and you didn't call me in for consultation beforehand?

It was the ribs, not the rump roast. Also, it was butchered in New Zealand, flash packed in plastic and shipped in a dark container ship over here into freezers, then onto trucks to my local Costco store. Thought you might have better luck finding something closer to home. Altho, your reply may spur a nice 'gift' for managing the White Sheep exhange....

The lamb they breed in New Zealand is great.
As long as it wasnt a "Black Sheep"

That was about the worst 2 minutes of a horror flick I've seen in the past 30 years.

No...it wasn't believable at all that the sheep was biting the driver; it looked more like he was licking him to death!

The sheep died? Who said that? Did you also notice the guy putting his hands on the girl's chest at the beginning? Lucky dude!

The sheep died? Who said that?

He was driving the Landrover when it went over the cliff!!!!
