This afternoon, SWMBO and I headed to LA to visit her parents. We went shopping and picked up a catfish and tilapia. We stuffed the catfish with tomatoes (SWMBO picked up 48 lbs of Roma tomatoes yesterday at a local farm), onions, ginger and chili peppers. Needless to say, there was nothing left of it.
