Beltline weatherstrip ? on inside rear quarters

so I got all new beltline weatherstripping for when I put my car back together. only question is on the inside rear quarters... originals were stapled on... not sure how to staple the new ones on. I do have a pneumatic stapler I use for woodworking not sure if it'll penetrate the sheetmetal or not but can give it a go... otherwise does anyone know how I can get the new strips installed? I wonder if an upholstery shop could/would do it?

I have used very small screws embedded into the black fuzzy w/s and you can not see them. wes
