Just what the title says. It's now 50 years that I've had this car and I'd be
replacing the hood hinges for the third time (I'm on my second hood latch).
Currently has '69 hinges (that where NOS when I put them on 20 years ago)
and it's a '68 car.
I hate these factory hinge setups. They wear and they're a PITA to adjust.
I've never been satisfied with the rear hood height. Car has the original factory
hood, is unmolested and hasn't ever been hit in the front.....
What have you SUCCESSFULLY used for a hood hinge upgrade?
